Complaint process
Goods purchased on onvolt.pl can be claimed (exercise warranty rights) online (for all products purchased on onvolt.pl) upon presentation of proof of purchase (e.g. invoice), indication and description of the defect and after delivery of the defective product.
In order to complain about the goods via the Internet, it is necessary to send to the e-mail address [email protected] photographs in appropriate quality, documenting the defect of the product along with a description of the damage and the order number (if it is impossible to capture the defect by means of a photograph, it should be appropriately described). In the event of problems with the recognition of a complaint, a BOK employee may contact the Internet user by e-mail or telephone and ask to send the defective goods. At the same time we would like to point out that failure to deliver defective goods in a situation where verification of the defect claimed by the Internet user is impossible on the basis of photos and description sent will result in ineffective filing of a complaint. Thus, the time limit for responding to the Internet user’s warranty claims (14 days) will not begin to run.
After inspection of the goods by an employee of OnVolt, who will, in particular, check whether the goods are subject to the warranty, an appropriate decision will be issued taking into account the demands of the Internet user.
The photo sent to OnVolt in connection with the complaint process may not include the image of the person making the complaint, as well as any other third party. If the photo contains the image of any person, the photo will be removed and you will be informed and asked to send a photo showing only the advertised product.
If the cause of the defect falls within the scope of the warranty, and the goods cannot be repaired or replaced with an identical or equivalent one, the value of the goods will be returned to the Internet user in the form of a shopping voucher or in cash – at the Internet user’s choice.
In all cases where the defect falls within the scope of the warranty, the most favorable solution will be presented to the Internet user, taking into account the request of the Internet user (replacement of the defective part, replacement of the goods, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract).
Warranty
If the goods are marked with the term “warranty” OnVolt provides a warranty for the period indicated in the product description. The territorial scope of the warranty covers the territory of Poland, unless anything else is stipulated on the page of the corresponding product. The warranty covers replacement of parts with new ones and repair. However, the warranty does not apply to problems caused by negligence, damage or misuse of the goods by the Internet user. OnVolt recommends following the instructions for use and repair.
Repair of goods during the warranty period ( OnVolt warranty)
If the goods belonging to the Internet user prove to be defective during the warranty period provided by OnVolt, report to the BOK of OnVolt.co.uk([email protected]) with proof of purchase.
After the goods have been inspected by an OnVolt employee, who will specifically check whether the goods are under warranty, they will be repaired or replaced according to standard procedure. If the cause of the defect falls within the scope of the warranty, and the goods cannot be repaired or replaced with identical or equivalent ones, the value of the goods will be refunded to the Internet user in the form of a shopping voucher or in cash – at the Internet user’s choice or due to the form of payment that was used in the purchase process.
