The service balancer and connection tester is used to quickly prepare cells for connection into a pack, as well as to verify the correctness of the connections.

New in the DALY range.

This professional workshop device allows for quick, initial cell balancing, before starting to use the pack, as well as its service during operation. It allows for very efficient diagnostics of the pack for cell and connection damage.

The balancer supports packs from 3S to 24S

  • Current balancing function from 1A (default) to 10A. Automatic process stop after completion, signaled by sound
  • Designed for Li-Ion, LiFePO4, LTO cells)
  • Automatically detects the number of cells, connection errors, reverse polarity, etc.
  • Displays complete information about cells (total voltage, highest and lowest cell voltages, voltage difference)
  • Wide range of parameter adjustments (balancing current, starting voltage, automatic shutdown time, language, alarm)
  • All input channels are protected against short circuit and reverse connection
  • Power supplied by a built-in 18650 battery that can be charged via USB
  • A complete set of cables with “claws” for high-current balancing.
  • Adapter board enabling the use of the BMS harness (max. balancing current 3A, at higher currents external wires must be used)
  • All parameters can be set from the tester or Daly PC software.
