Smart Li-Ion 4S 60A H-Series Programmable BMS Module, BT,WiFi

H-series BMS module for protection against short circuit, overcharge, excessive discharge and the function of equalizing the voltages of individual cells.

The H-Series BMS DALY is the smallest SMART BMS (40-60A) available on the market. Compared to their predecessors, the balancing current has been increased to 100mA, the power consumption for the BMS’s own needs has been reduced, a switch has been added, and WiFi support has been added. Their miniature dimensions allow them to be installed in bicycles, scooters and wherever space is limited.

All DALY BMS (except the 100Balance series) are manufactured for a specific type of cells (Li-Ion, LiFePO4, LTO) and number of cells. It is not possible for the user to change these parameters.

Broad BMS communication capabilities (BT mobile application, WiFi, RS485, CAN, screens and indicators) allow you to monitor battery parameters and adapt them to specialized needs.

Thanks to the patented injected mixture sealing technology, DALY BMS are highly resistant to water, vibration and dust.

NOTE: DALY BMS of the H, K, M, S, 100Balance series don’t support communication with inverters. Their cooperation with the inverter is possible only based on the charging and discharging parameters manually set on the inverter. If it is necessary to establish CAN/RS485 communication, use the HES series DALY BMS, or traditional DALY SMART CAN/RS485 BMS with an additional COMBOARD.

Common power port (P-) – no separate cable from the charger is required. Charging and discharging take place over the same cable.

Before starting the BMS, connect it to the package, strictly in accordance with the attached instructions.

The BMS set includes temperature probes (1 or 2 depending on the model), BT module and switch.

NOTE: Despite the significant reduction in power consumption in the new BMS SMART series, there is a risk of battery discharge during long storage. This self-discharge is not monitored and controlled by the BMS. This may result in damage to cells, especially for packs with lower capacity or heavily discharged before storage. In case of long-term storage, it is necessary to periodically check the battery voltage and, if necessary, recharge it.
