ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Automatic charger for 24S LiFePO4 packs, often used in scooters and forklifts, for example.
The charging process is carried out in three phases. Immediately after connecting, a short charging phase begins with a small current, which goes to the main phase, fast charging with the charger’s rated current. After reaching the package voltage close to the maximum (state of charge approx. 90%), the charger gradually reduces the current, maintaining an almost constant voltage.
After reaching the maximum voltage of the package and the drop of the charging current to approx. 0.1 of the charger’s nominal current, charging is automatically terminated.
The charger is equipped with an LED indicator. When the green LED turns on, the charging process is completed. The red LED means the charging process is in progress.
The built-in LCD screen allows for easy monitoring of the charging process.
Due to the precise selection of the parameters of the charging process, it is not possible to use the charger to charge cells of a different type or number of cells than those listed in the charger’s specification.
