S-series BMS module for protection against short circuit, overcharge, excessive discharge and the function of equalizing the voltages of individual cells.
The S-series BMS DALY is the most powerful BMS series (300-500A) with fan cooling and improved parameters. Compared to their predecessors, the balancing current has been increased to 100mA, the power consumption for the BMS’s own needs has been reduced, a switch, the ability to support WiFi, and a second UART port have been added. Despite handling very high intensities, they are characterized by small dimensions.
All DALY BMS (except the 100 Active series) are manufactured for a specific type of cell (Li-Ion, LiFePO4, LTO) and number of cells. It is not possible for the user to change these parameters.
Wide communication capabilities of the BMS (BT mobile app, WiFi, RS485, CAN, screens, and indicators) allow for monitoring battery parameters and adjusting them to specialized needs.
Thanks to the patented injected mixture sealing technology, DALY BMS are highly resistant to water, vibration and dust.
S Series BMS enable parallel connection of packages equipped with them, without additional parallel modules that are required in traditional SMART DALY BMS.
We are pleased to announce that the Daly BMS units we currently supply—specifically the K, M, S, and 100balance series—support communication with most inverters available on the market. For single battery setups, communication can be established directly via the CAN/RS485 port (requiring a custom cable) by selecting the appropriate protocol in the BMS app. For parallel-connected battery systems, the use of Comboard communication modules (available here) is required, along with protocol selection and BMS index configuration.
Common power port (P-) – it is not required to run a separate cable from the charger. Charging and discharging occur through the same wire.
Before starting the BMS, it must be connected to the pack strictly according to the attached instructions.
The BMS set includes temperature probes (1 or 2 depending on the model), BT module and switch.

NOTE: Despite the significant reduction in power consumption in the new BMS SMART series, there is a risk of battery discharge during prolonged storage. Such self-discharge is not monitored or controlled by the BMS. This can lead to cell damage, particularly in packs with lower capacity or those that were heavily discharged prior to storage. During long-term storage, periodic monitoring of the battery voltage and, if necessary, recharging is required.
To program and monitor parameters, it is necessary to download the application. It is available on Android and iOS.
