BMS HES Smart Daly Module LiFePO4 16S 150A 1A Home Energy Storage

BMS Home Energy Storage (HES) is a system combining a BMS SMART, parallel module, active balancer, LCD screen and Comboard communication interface in one device.

This is the latest version of the DALY HES system equipped with a 1A active balancer

This solution significantly simplifies the installation and reduces its costs. In terms of functionality, it is similar to the BMS SMART + Parallel Module + LCD + Comboard Interface set.

It allows the implementation of the protection and monitoring functions of BMS Smart, while enabling safe parallel connection of many energy storage units (all of them must be the same, equipped with their HES systems). The balancer ensures equalization of voltages between cells, parameter monitoring is available via an LCD screen, BT application or optionally WiFi.

Via the communication interface board, it is possible to select the appropriate protocol and establish communication with most inverters available on the market. This does not require a PC program, as in the standard Comboard, a mobile application is enough.

Communication with the inverter is possible via CAN or RS485.

The optional BMS PC program allows you to monitor several additional functions. Requires connection via a special USB-RJ45 cable.

HES BMSs are designed exclusively for LiFePO4 cells in 16S configuration.

The system is delivered ready for operation with standard parameters corresponding to typical cells available on the market, it is only necessary to enter the battery capacity.

These parameters can be changed by the package designer to adapt them to specific requirements, e.g. the charging temperature range can be limited or the minimum switch-off voltage of the package can be increased to increase its durability.

Thanks to the integrated design, it is not necessary to make many connections between system elements. The system is intended for installation inside the battery housing (it does not have its own housing). This definitely affects the economic attractiveness of the solution, compared to building a system from individual components.

As an option, you can purchase:

• Cable for connection to a PC via a USB-RJ45 communication board.

NOTE: All SMART BMSs have higher current consumption than standard BMSs. This results in the need to recharge packages during long storage!
