BMS module for protection against short-circuit, overcharge, over-discharge and voltage equalization function of individual cells.

Designed for Li-Ion packs only

Daly’s latest generation of programmable BMS. It allows communication (viewing, reading data and changing parameters) through various communication channels:

  • Bluetooth module – included – viewing and programming via mobile app (Android, IOS)
  • UART- required UART 6-PIN cable >USB
  • RS485- RS485 cable required>USB
  • CAN- cable included, for connection to PC required USB module->CAN

NOTE: SMART BMS can be equipped with one or two temperature probes. We ship them interchangeably depending on our inventory. If it is relevant, please determine the version you have before purchasing.

The system is supplied ready to work with standard parameters, corresponding to typical cells available on the market.

Using the communication methods described above, these parameters can be changed by the package designer to suit specific requirements, for example, the charging temperature range can be limited or the minimum shutdown voltage of the package can be increased to increase its life.

The modern design of the system provides

NOTE: All SMART BMSs have higher current consumption than standard BMSs. This results in the need to recharge packages during long storage!
