Smart BMS Module Li-Ion 12S 100A K-Series Programmable, BT, WiFi

K-series BMS module for protection against short circuit, overcharge, excessive discharge and the function of equalizing the voltages of individual cells.

The K-series BMS DALY is a new series of medium-sized BMS (40-100A) with improved parameters.

Compared to their predecessors, the balancing current has been increased to 100mA, the power consumption for the BMS’s own needs has been reduced, a switch, the ability to support WiFi, and a second UART port have been added.  The external dimensions were also reduced.

All DALY BMS (except the 100 Active series) are manufactured for a specific type of cell (Li-Ion, LiFePO4, LTO) and number of cells. It is not possible for the user to change these parameters.

Wide communication capabilities of the BMS (BT mobile app, WiFi, RS485, CAN, screens, and indicators) allow for monitoring battery parameters and adjusting them to specialized needs.

Thanks to the patented injected mixture sealing technology, DALY BMS are highly resistant to water, vibration and dust.

K Series BMS enable parallel connection of packages equipped with them, without additional parallel modules that are required in traditional SMART DALY BMS.

We are pleased to inform you that the Daly K, M, S series and 100balance BMS units we currently supply have the  capability to communicate with most inverters  available on the market. In the case of single storage units, communication can be established directly from the CAN/RS485 port (cable fabrication required) and by selecting the appropriate protocol in the BMS application. For storage units connected in parallel, it is required to use Comboard communication plates (communication module – available here), select the protocol, and set the BMS indices.

Common power port (P-) – it is not required to run a separate cable from the charger. Charging and discharging occur through the same wire.

Before starting the BMS, it must be connected to the pack strictly according to the attached instructions.

The BMS set includes temperature probes (1 or 2 depending on the model), BT module and switch.

  NOTE: Despite the significant reduction in power consumption in the new SMART BMS series, there is a risk of the pack discharging during long-term storage. Such self-discharge is not monitored or controlled by the BMS. This can lead to cell damage, especially for packs with smaller capacities or those heavily discharged before storage. In the case of long-term storage, periodic checking of the battery voltage and recharging, if necessary, is required.

To program and monitor parameters, it is necessary to download the application. It is available on Android and iOS.
