15kWh Energy Storage Enclosure – JKESS

Energy storage enclosure designed for 16 LiFePO4 280–314Ah cells.

Allows for the easy and safe construction of a 16S1P 48V or 8S2P 24V energy storage system.

Original enclosure from JK (the BMS manufacturer). Designed for mounting the JK Inverter-series V19 BMS and the 4.3-inch all-glass display.

The enclosure is supplied as a set of sheet metal components for self-assembly.

All metal components are finished with a matte powder coating.

Four wheels allow for easy rolling of the finished energy storage unit, despite its significant weight.

The enclosure’s design is adapted for cell installation after the storage unit has been placed in its final location, in a vertical position. Therefore, all components (enclosure, cells) can be moved manually, and a hoist is not needed to position the completed unit.

Cells, the screen, the BMS, and the communication board are not included in the enclosure kit. They are shown in the photos for illustrative purposes only and must be purchased separately.

In the recess of the back cover, there are two power sockets, positive (+) and negative (-) rated at 200A (included in the kit), as well as cutouts for mounting the inverter communication board.

The box kit includes:

• The enclosure, including the cell mounting and compression mechanism.
• BMS mounting bracket and auxiliary hardware.
• 3 units of lateral insulation sheets
• Upper and lower dielectric insulation plates (2 units).
• Cell separator plates (20 pcs).
• A full set of wheels.
• Power connectors (+) and (-) and a set of busbars for linking.
• Fuse holder
• Full hardware mounting kit (bolts, screws, and nuts).

To assemble a complete energy storage system, the following items will also be required:

• • 16x LiFePO4 prismatic cells (280Ah–320Ah capacity).
  • Busbars for connecting the cells (14 pcs long, 1 pc short)
  • Cell insulator caps/covers (14 pcs, optional)
  • JK BMS Inverter series (JK-PB models).
  • 4.3″ LCD all-glass touch panel (new version)
  • 17 ring terminals for BMS voltage sensing wires.
