It allows you to easily and safely build a 16S1P 48V or 8S2P 24V energy storage system.<\/p>\n
The housing is based on a steel support frame, which is also the structure of the cell compression mechanism implemented by means of a steel pressure plate.<\/p>\n
All metal elements are covered with matt powder coating.<\/p>\n
Four wheels allow the finished magazine to be easily rolled despite its considerable weight.<\/p>\n
The housing design is adapted to the assembly of cells after the warehouse has been set up in the target room, already in a vertical position. Therefore, all elements (housing, cells) can be moved manually, there is no need for a lift to set up the ready warehouse. <\/p>\n
The housing is equipped with a BMS mounting plate (holes are provided for the BMS JK Inwerter, Daly HES or Daly Smart 150-200A CAN\/RS485). Additional elements, such as a fuse housing, additional balancer or parallel module, can also be mounted on this plate. <\/p>\n
The opening in the front cover of the housing is adapted to a 4.3″ LCD screen from JK or Daly. The cells<\/strong>, screen, BMS and communication board are not part of the housing set<\/strong>. They are shown in the pictures for illustrative purposes, they must be purchased separately.<\/p>\n In the recess of the rear cover, there are two current sockets, plus and minus 200A (included in the set), and a panel for mounting the inverter communication board. The panel included in the set is adapted to the JK Inwerter board. The use of other boards requires making a new or modifying the existing panel. <\/p>\n The case is made 100% in the EU<\/strong> while maintaining the highest industrial standards.<\/p>\n The housing kit includes:<\/p>\n\n
