The online store operating at https:\/\/www.onvolt.pl <\/u><\/a>is an online trading and service platform (hereinafter referred to as “onvolt.pl” or “www.onvolt.pl<\/a><\/span>” or “OnVolt<\/a><\/span>” or “Online Store” or “Platform”) operated by: OnVolt Urba\u0144ski Sp. k., with its registered office in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, at ul. P\u0142ywacka 136, 94-127 \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, NIP: 7272883365, REGON: 540013303 – entered into the National Court Register under KRS number: 000113504 maintained by the minister responsible for the economy.<\/span><\/h3>\n
These Regulations of the Online Store www.onvolt.pl<\/a><\/span>, hereinafter referred to as the “General Terms and Conditions of Sale”, define the rules for using the online store operating at “www.onvolt.pl”, placing orders for products available in the online store “www.onvolt.pl<\/a><\/span>“, delivering ordered products to a person making purchases in the online store “www.onvolt.pl<\/a><\/span>“, hereinafter referred to as the “Internet User” or “Customer”, payment by the Internet User of the sales price of the products, the Internet User’s rights to cancel the order and withdraw from the agreement, and the rules for submitting and considering complaints.<\/span><\/h3>\n
The products and services offered in the Online Store are sold or provided by OnVolt Urba\u0144ski Sp. k.. <\/span><\/h3>\n
By using onvolt.pl<\/a><\/span>, including placing orders for products on onvolt.pl<\/a><\/span>, the Internet user agrees to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and undertakes to abide by them.<\/span><\/h3>\n
The Internet user declares that the personal data provided by him in the Online Store is the Internet user’s data.<\/span><\/h3>\n
One individual, can have only one user account onvolt.co.uk<\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n
When the word “Warranty” is used in these terms and conditions, it is to be understood as the seller’s liability for the conformity of the goods with the contract.<\/span><\/h3>\n
OnVolt.pl<\/span><\/a> shall be entitled to block and delete a Customer’s account if his\/her actions within OnVolt.pl<\/a><\/span> violate generally applicable laws, the rights of third parties (including, in particular, rights on intangible property), the personal rights of third parties, the principles of social coexistence or the provisions of these Regulations. The Internet user will be notified of the fact that the Customer’s account has been blocked, to the e-mail address currently registered on OnVolt.pl<\/a>.<\/span><\/h3>\n
II. Orders<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n
Ordering process at onvolt.pl<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
In order to browse the assortment of the online store onvolt.pl<\/a><\/span> and place orders at www.onvolt.pl<\/a><\/span>, it is necessary:<\/span><\/h3>\n

A computer with access to the Internet and a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera;<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
active electronic mail (e-mail) account.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The Internet user may place orders for products available in the assortment of the Online Store www.onvolt.pl<\/a><\/span> for 7 (seven) days a week and 24 (twenty-four) hours a day.<\/span><\/h3>\n
Placing an order is done in several stages:<\/span><\/h3>\n

The Internet user registers at the online store www.onvolt.pl and logs into his online account,<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
The Internet user places the goods offered by in his shopping cart,<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
The Internet user chooses the method of delivery,<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
The Internet user chooses the method of payment,<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
The Internet user confirms the order,<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
The Internet user receives an e-mail from onvolt.co.uk confirming the application and acceptance of the order (in the case of a standard bank transfer, the Internet user first receives an e-mail from onvolt.co.uk confirming the application, and then after onvolt.co.uk has credited the amount due, an e-mail confirming acceptance of the order).<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Placing an order on onvolt.pl constitutes the submission by the Internet User of an offer to conclude a sales agreement for products or services that are the subject of the order with OnVolt Urba\u0144ski Sp. k. (in the case of products or services sold by OnVolt<\/a><\/span>). <\/span><\/h3>\n
Information about the fact that the product or service is sold by the Partner is located on the product or service page under the “ADD TO CART” button and directly in the Internet user’s shopping cart after he\/she selects the products.<\/span><\/h3>\n
An e-mail confirming the receipt of an order is tantamount to OnVolt <\/a><\/span>‘s acceptance of the order placed by the Internet user and the conclusion of a contract of sale or provision of services between the Internet user and OnVolt<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/h3>\n
In the event that the Internet User provides incorrect or inaccurate data, in particular an incorrect or inaccurate address, OnVolt Urba\u0144ski Sp. k. shall not be liable for non-delivery or delay in delivery of the subject of the order to the fullest extent permitted by law. <\/span><\/h3>\n
As soon as the order is ready to be shipped, onvolt.pl<\/a><\/span> will send the Internet user an e-mail informing him or her that the order has been shipped.<\/span><\/h3>\n
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnVolt Urba\u0144ski Sp. k. shall not be liable for the blocking by mail server administrators of messages sent to the e-mail address provided by the Internet user or for the deletion and blocking of e-mails by software installed on the computer used by the Internet user. <\/span><\/h3>\n
The Internet user is obliged to refrain from any activity that could affect the proper functioning of the Online Store, including the provision of unlawful content.<\/span><\/h3>\n
Registration and Login<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
Registration in the Online Store, as well as the use of the functionality of the Online Store are free of charge.<\/span><\/h3>\n
After registering on the Online Store, each time you log in, you will use the data you provided in the registration form.<\/span><\/h3>\n
To delete an Internet user’s account from the Online Store, contact onvolt.pl Customer Service at sklep@onvolt.pl<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/h3>\n
Logging in to the Online Store is done by selecting the “Customer Area” tab on www.onvolt.pl <\/a><\/span>and entering in the login form the e-mail address and password provided during the registration of the Internet user’s account.<\/span><\/h3>\n
OnVolt.pl<\/a> reserves the right to delete an online account if it proves impossible to verify the accuracy of the data provided during the registration process.<\/span><\/h3>\n
The change of data entered by the Internet user during the registration in the Online Store is made via www.onvolt.pl\/my-account\/edit-account\/<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/h3>\n
Prices<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
The prices indicated in the Online Store are given in Polish zloty and include VAT. These are gross prices.<\/span><\/h3>\n
VAT is charged at the rate in effect at the time the order is placed and is included in the price indicated on the site. The prices of goods, listed on www.onvolt.pl, do not include shipping costs, the cost of some packaging or the cost of other additional services ordered by the Internet user, which are payable separately.<\/span><\/h3>\n
Additional costs will be communicated to the Internet user on the summary screen before final approval of the order.<\/span><\/h3>\n
Information about products and their prices provided on the pages of the Online Store does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.<\/span><\/h3>\n
Forms of payment<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

OnVolt.co.uk<\/a> guarantees the security of payments made by payment card by using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system, outsourcing payment processing to TPAY.<\/span><\/h3>\n
Electronic payment for ordered products is made through the TPAY Service offered by Krajowy Integrator P\u0142atno\u015bci S.A. providing the Service to Users, based in Pozna\u0144, at Plac Andersa 3 (61-894 Pozna\u0144), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Pozna\u0144 Nowe Miasto and Wilda, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000412357, NIP number 7773061579, with a share capital of PLN 5,494,980, paid in full.<\/span><\/h3>\n
OnVolt.pl<\/a><\/span> reserves the right to issue promotional codes. Promotional codes have a validity period, during which the Internet user can use the offered code. Only one promotional code can be used for each order placed on OnVolt.pl<\/a><\/span>. The code is assigned to one personal online account and can be used once. After the expiration date of the promo code, it is impossible to use the promo code. If an order is returned, promotional codes are not refunded or reissued.<\/span><\/h3>\n
The Internet user’s bank account will be debited with the amount due for the goods and services selected by the user when the order or the part of the order that the Internet user wants to receive in a separate shipment is complete and ready for shipment.<\/span><\/h3>\n
OnVolt<\/span><\/a> also reserves the right to refuse an order if there is a prior payment dispute or there is an excessive level of orders, of which it will inform the Internet user.<\/span><\/h3>\n
OnVolt.pl <\/span><\/a>points out that in the situation where the Internet user selects a method of payment – traditional transfer – he\/she is obliged to correctly enter data, in particular the title of the transfer. Otherwise, the payment will not be validated properly, and the payment remaining unrecognized will be returned to the account from which it was received.<\/span><\/h3>\n
Proof of purchase for the order the Internet user will receive:<\/span><\/h3>\n

from OnVolt.pl <\/a><\/span>(for products ordered from OnVolt Urba\u0144ski Sp. k. on onvolt.pl<\/a>) to the e-mail address and to the user account on onvolt.pl<\/a><\/span>. The proof of purchase is an electronic invoice.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
By registering an Internet user’s Account on OnVolt.pl<\/a><\/span> and accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Internet user agrees to issue and receive invoices electronically covering purchases made by the Internet user from OnVolt.pl<\/a>. Electronic invoices will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Internet user indicated during registration of the Internet user’s Account in the Online Store.<\/span><\/h3>\n
Confirmation of order \/ payment<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
<\/span><\/h3>\n
In the absence of proof to the contrary, the computer data held by OnVolt.pl<\/a><\/span>, as well as the data held by OnVolt.pl<\/a><\/span> transportation or courier service providers, stored in accordance with applicable security policies, shall constitute evidence of all transactions on the Online Store between OnVolt.pl<\/a><\/span> and the Internet user. OnVolt.co.uk will archive orders on an appropriate medium in accordance with applicable regulations. Internet users will be able to access them via www.onvolt.pl, under the “Customer Zone” tab.<\/span><\/h3>\n
In all cases, OnVolt.pl<\/a><\/span> recommends the Internet user to keep the e-mail confirming his order.<\/span><\/h3>\n
III. Reimbursement<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n
